Ida Norgaard has successfully treated muscle and joint problems for almost a quarter of a century. She has had extensive training at leading centres across the world including; a degree from the founding school of chiropractic, the Palmer University of Chiropractic, Iowa, USA; a Masters in clinical chiropractic from the University of Portsmouth, UK, and recently, certification in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization from the internationally renowned Prague school of rehabilitation. DNS, a new approach to rehabilitation, aims to correct poor movement patterns to activate the body’s natural stabilizing system.  The pioneering technique is rapidly gaining popularity among specialists in America, Australia, France, Denmark and the UK due to its exceptional results.

Ida Norgaard has elite athletes, including premier football team members, yoga and Pilates instructors, international opera singers, musicians, office based workers, children and pregnant women among her wide ranging client list.

She lectures regularly in the UK and Denmark and teaches chiropractic students and graduates.
